We’re building something big in EdTech - 500k+ students, ****scaling fast globally, and constantly experimenting. But fast growth means growing pains: rollout issues, stability hiccups, and underused AI potential. We need a CTO who thrives in the chaos of scale, can fix what’s broken without slowing us down, and builds a team that moves fast without breaking everything.

👾 Responsibilities:

• Own the tech roadmap – keep us fast, stable, and pushing the boundaries.
• Fix rollout pain points – no more broken A/B tests, surprise downtime, or QA gaps.
• Lead and scale a team – 20 engineers across frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA to grow under your leadership.
• Make infra rock-solid – you know your stuff in ****PHP, PostgreSQL, Vue, React, Kubernetes (or some of those), all built to scale.
• Speed up iteration – build smarter processes, automation, and low-code tools for fast experiments.
• Be a key player at the table – you will be an executive leadership board member, make calls that drive growth, manage hiring decisions, budget and impact the company strategy.
